Note: the race venue is in Lake Louisa State Park.  The entire course is closed to traffic – the roads are in perfect condition. The water temperature ranges greatly based on the Florida weather – wetsuits may be needed

Distances: Swim: 750 m; Bike: 20 km; Run: 5km;

Water temperature: 60’s

The 750 meter swim takes place from a beach start in a clear lake with average temperature ranging in the low-mid 60’s F. Wetsuits are recommended.

Bike Course:
Number of laps: 4
The entire race course is closed to traffic.. Following the swim, the race will take athletes on a four loop bike course on a well paved and fast road.

Run Course:
Number of laps: 2
The entire race course is closed to traffic. After completing the 20k bike course, athletes will complete two loops of the run course.
