14:00 - Race start: 750m – 20 km – 5 km for the following age groups:
(1997-1996);
(1994-1995);        
(1952-1961).

16:00 - Race start: 1500m – 40 km – 10 km for:
Elite (1972-1991)

and age groups:
(1972-1991)
(1962-1971)
